1. About Us

This website and its online courses are operated by Royal Beauty European School (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Definitions

“Course” means any online training, lesson, video, ebook, quiz, assignment, download or other learning material we offer.
“Student” / “you” means the person who creates an account or buys a Course.
“Account” means your personal login to our online school.
“Content” means all text, images, videos, forms, templates and other materials on this website and in our Courses.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a Course. By creating an Account, you confirm that the information you give us is true and up to date.

4. Your Account

Your Account is for you only. You may not share your login or let anyone else access your Courses.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your Account.

If we find that an Account is being shared, we may suspend or close it without a refund.

5. Courses and Access

When you buy a Course, you get personal, non-transferable access to it through our online school.

Unless the Course page says otherwise, you keep access for as long as we continue to offer the Course.

Our Courses are fully online and self-paced. You will need a reliable internet connection and a computer, tablet or phone to take part.

We may update, improve or reorganize Course content to keep it accurate and current.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.

Your purchase is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us.

We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect Courses you have already paid for.

7. Payment Plans (Installments)

Some Courses can be paid in installments, as shown at checkout.

The first payment is charged at checkout. The remaining payments are charged automatically to the same card on the schedule shown at checkout.

Payment plans cannot be cancelled once started. By choosing a payment plan, you agree to pay all installments.

Please make sure your card stays valid and has enough funds. If a payment fails, we may pause your access to the Course until the payment is made.

If payments remain unpaid, we may close your access to the Course and seek the amount owing.

Certificates are issued only after all installments have been paid.

8. Buy Now, Pay Later (Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm)

If you pay with a buy now, pay later provider, your payment agreement is with that provider and follows their terms. Questions about those payments, fees or schedules should be sent to the provider directly. Refunds approved by us will be sent back through the same provider.

9. Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your training.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if:

• you have completed less than 10% of the Course;

• you have not submitted any assignment (such as the Latex Skin Portfolio or Client Case Study); and

• you have not downloaded Course materials beyond the first module.

After 14 days, or once any of the conditions above no longer applies, the Course is non-refundable.

To request a refund, email info@royalbeautyeuropeanschool.com with your full name, the email on your Account and the Course name.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

For payment plans, refunds are based only on the amount you have actually paid. Once a refund is approved, any remaining installments are cancelled.

Course access ends once a refund is issued.

10. Assessments and Certificates

To earn your certificate, you must complete all modules, pass the Final Exam, and have your Latex Skin Portfolio and Client Case Study approved by your instructor.

Instructors may ask you to fix and resubmit an assignment before approving it.

All work you submit must be your own. Copied, shared or AI-generated work, or photos that are not of your own practice, will not be accepted and may lead to removal from the Course without a refund.

Our certificate confirms that you completed our online training in theory and on latex practice skin.

Your certificate is not a licence to practise. You are responsible for meeting all local licensing, public health inspection and insurance requirements before treating any clients.

We may withdraw a certificate if it was obtained through cheating or false information.

11. Health, Safety and Your Responsibility

Our Courses are for educational purposes only. They do not replace hands-on supervised training, medical advice, or the rules of your local health authority.

You are fully responsible for how you use what you learn, including client consultations, consent, hygiene, safe technique and aftercare.

You agree to follow all applicable laws and health regulations in your area.

We are not responsible for any results, injury, reaction, scarring, complaint or loss arising from treatments you perform on yourself or others.

12. Student Conduct

When using our school, Community or any messaging tools, you agree not to:

• post anything offensive, harmful, misleading or illegal;

• harass, insult or threaten other students or staff;

• share other people’s photos or personal information without their consent; or

• advertise or sell products or services without our permission.

We may remove content, suspend or close any Account that breaks these rules, without a refund.

13. Intellectual Property

All Content belongs to Royal Beauty European School or our licensors, and is protected by copyright.

You may use the Content for your personal learning only.

You may not copy, record, download (except where we allow it), share, resell, publish or teach our Content, or use it to create your own course, without our written permission.

Printable forms and templates provided in the Course (for example consent forms or aftercare sheets) may be used in your own practice, but may not be resold or shared publicly.

14. Photos and Work You Submit

You keep ownership of the photos and work you submit.

You give us permission to view, store and assess your work for grading.

We will not use your photos in marketing or on social media without your separate written permission.

15. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information only to run your Account, deliver your Courses, process payments and communicate with you. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

16. Limitation of Liability

Our courses are for education only. We are not responsible for any results, injury or loss from treatments you perform. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course. This does not affect your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
